A sample from each produced coil undergoes a thorough quality control system for all tests in accordance with EN 13523 and recommendations of the European Coil Coating Association (ECCA) Brussels:

- Resistance to rapid deformation (impact test)
- MEK/solvent rubbing test.
- Coating thickness
- Specular gloss
- Colour difference; visual comparison, ∆е
- Adhesion after indentation (cupping test)
- Pencil hardness test

In addition, to the internal testing, our material is also examined by independent laboratories for corrosion resistance (in a salt fog chamber) and UV resistance.
